I'm a passionate food scientist and research chef with hands-on experience in food product development, understanding consumer preferences, customer discovery, and kitchen management. Whether in the lab or the kitchen, I’ve led teams, surpassed goals, and consistently delivered exceptional results.
Originally from Chicago, I moved to Philadelphia to further my education at Drexel University, earning a Bachelor’s in Food Science and a Master’s in Product Design and Research. Over the past four years, living in Philly has been an incredible journey, filled with opportunities I never imagined—especially through my work with the Drexel Food Lab as a graduate student and my involvement in Philadelphia's vibrant food industry.
In my free time, I enjoy metal, industrial, and Latin music. I’m passionate about making cocktails, dancing, running, and all things Star Wars.
